This dashboard analyzes antibiotic resistance trends in E. coli bloodstream infections (2020–2023) using CMS data. It highlights rising resistance in fluoroquinolones and cephalosporins, with ampicillin remaining consistently unreliable, while carbapenems and colistin remain the most effective. Built in Power BI using Power Query and DAX to support interactive trend, risk, and geographic analysis.
A department laboratory website I designed, developed, and currently maintain to centralize research updates, publications, team information, and resources.
